1. When the Alien drops on the floor aboard the Narcissus at the end of Alien and starts standing up.

2. When Ripley bumps into the Alien in the corridor on her way out of the Nostromo.

3. The Alien guards in Aliens next to the Queen.

Were two Queen models built? Because that one is definitely smaller than the one seen at the end of Aliens.

I don't believe so. It may have been a combination of the miniature they also used and perspective tricks to make it look bigger. Or it might just be this picture doesn't show its true size. I'm pretty sure they only made the one full scale Queen though. Omega might know better.

Nah, just one full-size Queen. They had a stunt head and a hero head and an insert tail but that's it. In the film the Queen looks much bigger than she is because you see it up against the Power Loader but that's her actual size right there.

That Queen looks plenty big. Aren't some of those guys on step ladders?
