It's taken from the fan made Alien Redux DVD.  Unused planet shots. outtakes and lighting test footage was used from the quadrilogy documentaries.  As to the opening credits that was also fan made using the original opening musical score.

It's an alright fan edit. Still, not a patch on the original.
