the other teaser actually had alot of stuff that was not in this one , the serpent thing in the arm for instance , kinda made me more confused

but i do kinda get the impression the alien at 1:37 was just to shut ppl up and to get them to move on from the alien prequel thing.

my take on it is the guy at the end with shaw in what i'm guessing is the prometheus is one of the crew members (holloway?) after becoming biomechanical, or could be david after the same process? the 'Jockey' in the other part activating the chair is a different entity

There's this, from the YT description from AMC...

"When one side dispatches a team to a distant planet to terraform it for human colonization"

And this on the Weyland Corporate Timeline...

"Weyland astronomers discover multiple moons and a ringed planet just outside the Zeta 2 Reticula System, which are possibly able to support life. Weyland expects to travel there within the century."

Interesting. Add the ringed planet seen in the trailer and it lays some pretty big hints that this could indeed be the Acheron system.

this dude is also in the ship at the end chasing shaw. but it's weird cause judging by the other teaser too, his head seems human like,not the elephantine head like in the imax trailer.also he is wearing a dark suit. the thing in the chair had lighter color arms and torso. could it be that there are really 2 types of space jockeys?

the space jockey we know is a suit. If u watch the imax trailer carefully. and this one too (from what i can remember) the space jockey suit is opening up. Either making way for this guy to enter it or to come out of it

Zuzuki does have a point though - it seems like there is a major disparity between the size of the Space Jockey in Alien and the size of this guy.

The space jockey legs. You can see it still has some biomechanical features and tbh i quite like the leg design even though it's pretty human looking. I was most worried about the legs.

I loved this shot, however brief. Very very impressed.

It's most certainly some alien creature. Possibly same as the one that we see scooting into the arm in the IMAX preview.
