Went for the middle ground here, while I don't think a human born Alien for example should have any design changes, some slight changes may be justified such as the Drone aging to warrior, warrior to praetorian etc. Or if its an Alien that comes from non-human host, then some original designs could be made (so long as its not over the top like kenner  ). Making major changes to an Alien for little to no reason is not a good idea, if its not broke don't fix it

What if Giger where to design the Queen itself?

SiL

It would look like whatever the director of the movie wanted it to look like.

Thatguy2068

Oh, ok. But if Giger was involved with Aliens, how much difference is would there be?

SiL

Cameron designed the Queen himself with Winston, so probably none at all. Cameron's fairly specific with his designs and probably wouldn't have asked Giger to do anything for it (which is exactly why Giger didn't work on the film -- he'd designed the other parts of the species and Cameron wanted to do the Queen himself).

Immortan Jonesy

The Queen apparently had a shared predecessor alongside Avatar's Thanator.

I think it was mentioned that as artists, he didn't want any potential conflict or something?

Can the newborn be redeemed with adding more Biomechanical elements?

It's Kinda cool but it too fleshy. Would preferred it to be biomechanical

[cancerblack]

It's just a big chest burster, and didn't get time to moult or mature (assuming it would have).

Yes you're right but in another hand it has logic for the Newborn being too fleshy

BigDaddyJohn
