It's good entertainment, but it certainly ain't interesting.
In my opinion at least, a book actually about dinosaurs from the Jurassic period would be more interesting.
The film's universe isn't all that great to me.

I don't understand how, the first film is a modern classic.
I just don't understand what's so great about the universe it created.

You are to young to see it in theaters and be amaze at it on the big screen.  I was seven when it came out and saw it three times.  Very few movies like it at the time.

Did I not mention that it's a landmark and a classic over and over?

I'm not asking that- I'm asking what's so appealing about it's world today- that two (soon to be three) sequels have been made.
Arguably none of them good so far.
