Wow guys, I knew about JP's 3D release back in April. Think I even posted about it.

Here's the trailer that's been out since spring:

It's finally hitting me. This is happening. This is actually happening.

Oh Jesus, I'm so happy right now.

I think I'll take my nephew. I was 7 years old when I saw it at the cinema and it absolutely blew my mind. He'll be 5 so a bit younger but I'm sure he'll love it.

Thinking of the 3D I actually think this film should work really well if the conversion is good. I'm thinking of scenes like the Raptor jumping up and snapping at Lex in the ceiling, the Gallimimus stampede etc. Wasn't planned for 3D but scenes like those certainly will look great.

that's the problem with 3D movies, because the director directs with 3D in mind, which then looks rubbish in 2D.
directors should direct with 2D in mind, and it will probably look awesome in 3D anyway.

Eh, I like the film, but not enough to risk a headache over it.

'Tis true. Titanic's the most potent use of 3D I've seen, and the format wasn't even a twinkle in JC's eye when Kate Winslett was getting all wet over Leo.

Wonderful.

You know, I don't think I ever saw this on the big screen when I was a kid. I'm gonna feel like my six year old self again when I sit down to watch this in April. ;D

I missed the film by a year, so I never saw it on the big screen either. I (and my inner child as well) am so excited to change that in Apirl! ;D

Was not particularly fond of how they remixed the score to be completely honest.

Otherwise, do like bas-relief logo.
