Thanks guys. Shadow, those are a few inspirations. Actually, not the Tyranids, as much as I love them, but I can kind of see it.

cool, the deepwater fish was the first thing in my mind though

A lot of people seem to see that. Personally, I see it, but it's not something I usually notice. You think you could share why you see it?

not sure, but probably the possition of all teeth, and the lenght of them, the overall shape of the jaws. the teeth is what draws my eye first, but as a whole its really not a fish

Ok, just curious.

What I'm about to show you are two unfinished sketches that I was hoping to get some feedback on.

This here is a Revenge Demon. Essentially a demon that senses when someone is feeling incredible rage and wants revenge. They are very mischievous and tricky, and will commit murder so long as there is a target for the rage. The feedback I want is if there is something I should add beneath his main body (but not legs), or if there is anything else I should muck around with.

This here is Sepulchral, my fan creation for the Gears of War series. I wrote a kind of crappy story for him on the Epic Forums a few years back, and decided to re-draw him. Once again, just looking for some general feedback.

Sepulchral reminds me of Sylizar; is he supposed to be a spawn of the latter, or something, in the GOW universe?

I also want a hell of a fight between this Revenge Demon and Pumpkinhead to see who's more worthy of the paycheck. Do it!

I actually tossed that idea around for a little while recently, but It isn't my intention. Sepulchral is a mutant of a prieviously undiscovered species that evolved deep within the hollow. Although it wouldn't be impossible for a Sylizar influence...The design is merely coincidental. Although now that I think about it, I'd rather Sylizar's form 2 looked more like this. DAMN you Omega, now I'm torn ;)

It would be a more epic fight than I initially gave credit for. At first I was like, "Pumpkinead would win easily", but then I factored in the Revenge Demon multiple arms, and...well, the fight became more interesting.

New updates on the previous images.

Here's the Krhashatha Form 2 Revision. (It's a very rough upload, hence the massive black line. It's just to show progress.)

And here's the revamped Revenge Demon.

Pretty cool, I like the confusing mish-mushing going on in the Vengeance demon mouth. I suggest to elaborate on the back plates to make them more custom, and it'd be cool if you put some textures on his skin, something that recalls revenge. Scars, or specific rune-looking carvings.

Those are good ideas. I think it'll probably be a mixture of scars and runes, we'll see what works best.

As for Sylizar there, should I keep the arm plates? I'm kind of torn on it, and if I do, should I add them to it's legs, or do something slightly different?

Perhaps elongate the set of arms (and perhaps a portion of the legs, to give more of a consistent effect) displaying those arm plates, that way those plates'd look more functional. If they're here, they should be for something, I picture they'd be... practical weapons. If the arms are longer the creature can use them more freely.

For me the plates are more to show the insane durability the beast has. Pretty bulletproof. And it may be kind of hard to catch initially, but if you imagine his arm fully outstretched, it's actually pretty long.

Gotcha.
Given that, you could just make a let's say 'toned down' version of the plates on every set of limbs, to give a more uniform look.

Yeah, viewing the full image from here, it seems like the plates would work on all the limbs, and if I don't like it, I find something else to try.

It would be nice to have a few extra opinions. I know you're out there people. ;)

Hopefully a large update will happen soon, which I'm hoping to get some more discussion on. Will happen whenever I get around to scanning my large amount of WIPs.
