Did ridley scott ever made a sequel movie? this will be the first? (lol)

Blacklabel

He made Hannibal, sequel to Silence of the Lambs

But this is the first time Ridley does another movie within a continuity he created.

Mark Kermode's non-spoilery review on YouTube:

Good review. Kermode's good. He's lucky in that he avoided the promo material, because they showed every bloody thing in the trailers and tv spots. Maybe I would've been more surprised had I went in cold.

Eva

in retrospect, they showed too much in the trailers and spots. They should have left out any hints about the collision for one and Shaws medbay scene as well. Vickers flamethrowing Holloway was also a stupid thing to reveal beforehand...

They could always title the sequels 'Epimetheus' and 'Atlas'.

Space Sweeper

This movie was only a prequel to Hercules.

Dinsey's Hercules.
