It's a straight up homage to the Kenner version which was glow-in-the-dark. Which, yeah, had an Alien on its chest.

Nope it's Broken Tusk. Stalker comes with its own mask and it's different.
Also look at the groin armor with the tassels hanging off of it.

Wow, I have no room in my place for any more figures, but I might just have to pick up that Stalker. I was a sucker for the glow-in-the-dark one when I was a kid, and I still am now.

So Randy confirmed over Twitter that all Predators in series 16 have double jointed elbows. Which means they're all using the new ultimate bodies.
