Topic notifications-yahoo mail

Anytime there's a reply or new topic started my inbox gets spammed with notifications and I don't want them because it's pointless to me. How do I disable this option?

Go to your profile and look in the modify profile area and click on notifications. You can make the necessary changes from there.

Thank you. Hmm now for some reason, I can't click the modify button. I'm still using the iPhone and refreshing the page didn't help.
