Nay.

But if they had to defend the homeworld, I could see all the Yautja clans coming together for a common cause. I'd visualize their clans much like the interesting tribe system featured in "Black Panther" except without a king, maybe just a council that will meet only if a call for concern demands it. They could notify each other like the "Lord of the Rings" beacons of Gondor, mountain top fires lit alerting that assistance was needed. All other times, the Yautja clans just keep to themselves.

It's cool just thinking about it.  ;D

Good comparision with the clans of Black Panther. Can also imagine them joining forces to defend places that hold singificance for their entire race. A home world, or if they don't have one anymore sacred sites or something like that.

It is cool. Now i wish i had made a thread to speculate about predator society  :P

Yep, Wakanda society fits so well when imagining a Yautja society because both cultures incorporate advanced technology with ancient ritual and tradition!  Wakanda is just so great!

In my own universe, I see the Predators as we have people on earth....hear me out.

On earth we are separated by countries/states. I imagine Predators are separated by planets, moons, whatever have you (As I see multiple Predator worlds and then being more expansive).

None two Clans are alike, maybe similar, but not exactly the same. I imagine there are large clans, almost like empires with their own caste system as we saw in AVP. There are probably loners, small clans (P2), misfits  (Predators), and a variety of other Yautja - Some being Rebels (BadBloods or Space Pirates).

The point is I believe all these options exist simultaneously and they aren't subject to one homeworld but rather a complex Yautja society all varying from each other, much as the people of this planet are all human but none two cultures are exactly alike and even deeper than that, within a specific culture none two persons are alike either--same goes for (my interpretation) Yautja.

Yeah, this is pretty similar to my mental "head-canon." I imagine one homeworld with loose "territories" run by different clans of varying sizes, and while they have core cultural commonalities and beliefs, there are variations from clan to clan. I also imagine most clans have a large "mothership" of some kind roaming around the galaxy - some members live on the homeworld, some serve on the clanship, some just bum around independently or in little bands doing their own thing.

We have seen the militarisation of Predator Clans in Predator: Prey to the Heaven's/AVP Three World War when the 'Killer' clan emerge intent on destroying the 'Hunter' clan. This war also puts humans in danger and eventually leads to an alliance between the Colonial marines and the traditional Predator hunters lead by Machiko Naguchi to combat the technologically advanced and military precise 'Killers' and their strain of Xenomorphs under their control.

A more recent example of a very similar scenario occurring is in The Rage War. 'The Rage' starts invading Predator territory. I don't want to reveal too much for those that may not have read it but we get to see Predator clans come together to combat maybe the biggest threat to ever appear in the AVP universe. We see a Yautja scientific/military outpost and some large scale war scenes. Even in these desperate times it's obvious that the Yautja still get a thrill out of these battles and take honour in fighting their foes. It's also made clear though that not all Predators partake in this war and many would still be off doing their own thing.

Love it. It makes Predators that much more threatening knowing that they are far ahead of you in every capacity. Unfortunately it seems that this concept is fairly rare and I can only enjoy it once in a blue moon when it does happen. Let's face it, not even the Xenomorphs could compete with something like the Blazer or Hydra. Military Predators add a dynamic to the Preds that I like, their advanced technology, which, let's face it, doesn't look so advanced especially when we see futuristic humans with laser rifles. Nothing is more scary to me than a species that has the power to destroy you but treats you as prey instead of a threat worthy of their top caliber weapons. A Predator military could easily be explained too, especially compared to some of the other outlandish and silly concepts we have seen, right Shane Black?
