Nah, I disagree. I know people like to trash on it, but aside from those early plasticky shots of Weathers, I do like the Hunter Edition.

Agreed. Definitely Dillion and a bit of Dutch appear a little waxy in the beginning, but I found the still screenshots always worse than in motion, because you can fix on a particular frame and pick out faults much easier than when it's motion.

But once they go on mission it's gorgeous!

Anyone who has an issue with the initial waxiness with the 2010 Predator Blu-ray can always just purchase the 2008 release, which has remained very inexpensive in online markets. Also, there are no complaints with the Predator 2 Blu-ray, so the discs are there for anyone wanting to finally take the plunge into high-definition Predator 1&2 copies!
