I would say the Hellboy books by Mignola. Oversized pages and they're bound beautifully.  :)

The part about the Wachowski's being influenced by invisibles is pretty spot on.

Yeah he really gets and loves the character (take note john nolan, and snyder)His a Great storyteller in general, I think that's what makes the documentary so compelling, thank f**k for the subtitles though haha.

My favorite part is when he talks about how superman should be completely relaxed and friendly all the time.
It makes total sense.

Lol my favorite part was Warren Ellis talking about him locked in a room all f**ked up on drugs "writing breakthroughs" (paraprhasing) and whatshername talking about taking mushrooms on a hill with him, imagine that he would do your head in hard.
