Timestalkers (1987) TV movie

QuoteScott McKenzie, a history professor, becomes involved with two time travelers from the year 2586 after making a discovery in an old photograph from 1886.

I remember watching this film on UK TV back in the early 90s.  Not a bad TV movie and enjoyed revisiting this after all these years.

Pretty enjoyable movie, Carrey is great as usual. Post credit scene was cool 😎

Bad Vegan Documentary (3.5/5)
This was a bizarre one. I'd say it's worth a watch.

Time Masters (1982) AKA Les MaƮtres du temps

Animated feature film with artwork based on and written by Jean 'Moebius' Giraud and others.  I watched the first broadcast of this on BBC UK TV in the late 80s and has only, to my knowledge, been broadcast twice on UK terrestrial TV.

Everything Everywhere All at Once

Probably the most purely fun movie experience of the year so far. And it's got both Short Round and Lo Pan, what's not to love? ;D

Star Trek TPM in glorious restored 4K on Paramount+

My goodness that intro with the Klingons approaching V'Ger has never looked better. What really impressed me though was the sound - WOW - I heard things I've never heard before in the score and even background noises (and I don't even have any fancy sound setup).

The Enterprise (still the most beautiful ship ever and this refit in particular too which is my all time fave) leaving the star dock is just stunning.
