lol,I took a lighter to it's knees and heated them just enough to make them soft and flexible,then I bent the knees back to the position I wanted and then ran cold water over it to instantly cool it,and wa la!

thank ya  ,and yeah I removed the dreads because they kinda seemed like overkill (well at least on the neca figure) and to me they didn't seem necessary,I originally just bent the knees and left the dreads alone,but I changed my mind because I wanted to be able to see the crest more,with the dreads it's kinda hard to notice the crest.

I know you did something to take off the dreads, but did you do anything to get it in that position?
