I haven't watched A Star is Born.SpoilerI'm so confused.[close]SpoilerAll I've seen are ads and reviews. It looks like every other romantic musical. I don't see how two famous people as the main roles makes it any different. Big whoop. Therefore I don't get the hype and think it's a bit overrated.[close]

Quote from: First Blood on Mar 08, 2019, 02:42:16 PMA lot of them include the Blu-ray, but most of the time the Blu-ray isn't remastered.

Quote from: Huggs on Mar 09, 2019, 04:37:13 AMI wouldn't be surprised if we see straight to 4k without a Blu-Ray release someday. Dirty but clever way to push the format.

Dirty but clever way to push the format.Honestly, I doubt it. 4K isn't really kicking off as well as studios hoped (just like with blu ray), because most people are still happy with DVDs, for some reason.I reckon we'll get separate DVD, Blu Ray & 4K releases.

Quote from: Voodoo Magic on Mar 07, 2019, 04:24:20 PMDoesn't this belong in the Terminator thread? IT'S A SMALL WORLD!Did you know that "The Terminator" and "The Abyss" films both exist in the same universe?Long before Marvel Studios revolutionized the concept of a cinematic shared universe, visionary writer and director James Cameron quietly decided to have both "The Terminator" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" realities exist in the same world as the events of his aquatic science fiction film "The Abyss".Easily missed by the casual fan, this shared universe was most evident when the same television news anchor (played by actor Joe Farago) covered the one-name serial killings in "The Terminator" as well as oceanfront news in "The Abyss." Also Benthic Petroleum, the fictional company that owns and operates the undersea drilling rig in "The Abyss" also owns the gas station visited by the T-800, Sarah, and young John Connor in "Terminator 2: Judgment Day".
