Also Blade Runner is one ive run across recently, Was also well made, Jordan Cronweths use of lighting deffinetly inspired many lighting techniques seen in todays films.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I've watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain. Time to die.

Friday the 13th, 2009. Beats the hell out of Jason X.
Jason X is one of the worst movies ever made. It isn't hard to beat it.
So I found out.

I agree. At least Jason X tried to do something different for a change.

Does it take a lot of creative license with historic material? Yes it does, and a lot. it is however, still grounded in fact. It does fit the bill in spite of that and is a wonderful film.

So much so that it should listed as fiction rather than a biography, it's the details that irritate me, takes me out of the movie.

I know. So much worse. And I have seen just about as bad as it gets. X doesn't reach that. It was more of a personal thing. I felt the makers were saying a fan like myself would buy anything as long as Jason hacked up a few people. I didn't.

On the plus side, I have now seen all the cuts of Blade Runner.
I feel a bit Blade Runnered out at the moment so it will be a while before I can watch this film and truly enjoy it like I did the first time.

Theatrical Cut, 9/10
International Cut/ 9/10
Workprint, 9.5/10
Director's Cut, 10/10
Final Cut, 10/10

I do like Final Cut the best overall, but I liked the Unicorn scene in the Director's Cut much better.

It certainly is one of the few films at the peak of Science Fiction.
