Wolf better not be scared

Well one this that is concerned about is his mandibites. In AVP they strectched so rediculously and that extra skin was not needed. He looked like some werid space clown from outer space. The new toy picture has him with his mouth open so wide, why must they do that, its not cool it looks corny, I hope they didn't make Wolf do that in the movie.

I just don't understand why the mandibles and jaw are so huge.  That look should have been reined in more, IMO.

it is very strange, Its not like the alien, when they just changed the dome and and tweaked the head, or the predator 2 when they folded the mouth differently and added some colour.

Its whole new design,  i could accept it , if they can close his mouth properly, but i cant see it being possible.

Its like they just didnt even look at the old one, just worked from memory.

See, that's how you make a design which is still very different from the original, but still 100% a Predator. It had continuity with the original design. The AvP designs didn't.

I'll say I'm not much of a fan of the new pred's face, true its been shrouded in darkness, but I'm not crazy about it. Granted it already looks better than pretty boy Scar. Predator 2 still has my favorite face design, that pred just looked f*cking mean. I'm sure ADI is going to use the same animatronic gismo from Scar, massive mandible extension movement and all.

Ya know, when AVP came out, there were three things people hated about Scar.
Human Eyes
Baby Teeth
Flappy skin

In AVP-R, this has changed:
Black eyes (Or so it seems)
Fangs
Slightly less flappy.
