He kind of looks cooler with the big mouth beacuse he looks much frightening

His paint looks darker, especially on the back. It looks like they made the seem across the head less visible too. A real improvement from closed mouth version. Better paint job on some details than series 2 like painting the brown parts on the plasma caster instead of an all over metallic.
