Just had to present my new Intranet design and specifically something for a specific department to the Director and Senior Managers (after being bollocked for doing it without their knowledge, even though one of the Senior Managers knew and a previous one who moved on had asked me to make them a new one in the first place. I just integrated it into my new Intranet).

Went well. Managed to impress the very angry Director.
