A family member called a tv service to ask how to access a package they were paying for. 5 months later, we find out they've been paying double because the sicko they spoke to signed them up for the same package, through a different provider, with no mention they we're going to do so and not being given any hint of that being wanted, either. I believe the government should severely fine any companies guilty of this new type of fraud.
