You've to do the "radio transmissions" achievement in order to get it. Just watch it on Youtube if you don't have the time to do it.

Thats awesome! I'm not sure if my PC could even handle Portal 2, so i'll pick up PS3 version and if it happens I can run it on my PC, then i'll just play it on my PC. If not, then i'v got my PS3 copy to play.
