I liked it. There was good action good story. Even though it was pretty long I stayed interested through the whole thing.

The Conjuring 2 (2016)

I suppose we all know how bad horror movies can be nowadays, especially if they're part of a series like Insidious. With that said The Conjuring 2 was pretty average for the most part. As always I never really felt empathy for any of the characters but some moments were done amazingly well (as in "tense", not "horror") and the demon, Valak, looked threatening enough.

One of the many drawbacks was how short the final encounter was. Not that I'd be expecting a 1 vs. 1 Demon-Human fist fight with the characters.

And Jesse James is a masterpiece!
