He's a genuinely nice bloke - he was really funny, had no airs and graces at all. He really does have an aura of gravitas, the director was shitting himself having to direct Sir Ian, but he put him at ease (but I still thing he was really nervous!)

But of course, when Sir Ian talks, he sounds like Sir Ian McKellen... which is epic all on its own. Check:

What do you keep in the vest for paintball?

Do you prefer paintballing over airsofting?

Yeah, definitely. I prefer the more "realistic" nature of it. Not besmirching anyone who does PB - I've been there, done it, loved it and then met airsoft - but now I've experienced airsoft, I have no interest in going back to to PB.

Pretty much summed it up right there. I've dealt with people who wouldn't call their hits, and you'd literally have to run right up to them mag dump to get them to go out
