i watched that you tube video of the guy who watched the trailer and the raptors arnt trained but appeared to be controlled to certain extent

Probably only very simple orders.. 

The raptors in the John Sayles script had implants that gave them different doses of chemicals:
to make the animals hyped up on adrenaline; Serotonin to the brain's pleasure center as a reward for certain behaviours and other chemicals to make them faint if they got dangerous.

Some variation of that might still be in the film.
