Yeah, basically just making my way through this so that I make it to Season 8 Overall I actually really liked Season 6, apart from Eve and the alphas thing. But the Castiel and Crowley stuff and soulless Sam was great. Would've liked to have seen more of a justification for Samuel Campbell being there, though.

The Wire S2E01 "Ebb Tide"

Picking things up a few months after they were left at the end of the first season, this was a great way to start of the second. Seeing all the old characters and what they're up to, as well as a few new ones just introduced. It's looking to be very different from the first season, but with many connecting threads running through it all. Very much looking forward to continuing this show.

I still have to see the 2nd season of the Wire.. cough cough.. Loved the first one. Then got sidetracked on my Farscape 4 seasons + tvfilm run.

4th episode of Kill La Kill... dat fiendish double cross and accurate depiction of "the great adventure of getting to school on time". unf. So far this is an incredibly accurate tv show.

The good thing is that there's a fairly significant time-gap between the two seasons, so letting it sit for awhile isn't overly jarring.
