Fury of the Soldiers 2 takes place after the events of this other movie:

Together, John Matrix and John Rambo fight Skynet and terminator robots and also fight all aliens from the Alien franchise(such as the Ultramorph). Skynet controls all of Earth and also controls the aliens.
The story is this:
Skynet successfully controlled a large population of the aliens and used those aliens as weapons. Skynet also successfully conquered all of Earth and killed most of Earth's human population. The other humans who survived were enslaved by Skynet.
Due to this, John Matrix and John Rambo decided to do something about this by taking matters into their own hands.
John Rambo said to John Matrix, "Let's get those bastards". John Matrix replied by saying "Let's give them Hell".
The two legendary one man army commandos teamed-up and together, began fighting Skynet, Skynet's terminator robots, and all of the aliens.
Most of the time in Fury of the Soldiers 2, John Matrix and John Rambo will be shirtless as well as wearing sweatbands.
The terminator robots that John Matrix and John Rambo will fight are not just humanoid terminators the size of humans but also giant humanoid terminators, a giant centipede terminator, a giant tiger terminator, a giant crow terminator, etc.

In Fury of the Soldiers 2, these are the locations that John Matrix and John Rambo will be fighting in:
Area 1 - Human city(This is one of Earth's last remaining human cities that wasn't destroyed or enslaved by Skynet but is now attacked and destroyed by Skynet's terminators. John Matrix and John Rambo will arrive at this city at night by riding a vehicle. Before the two commandos get out of the vehicle, John Rambo will use this vehicle to crash into multiple terminator robots which destroyed the robots. Then, the two commandos will get out of the vehicle and begin fighting the terminators that destroyed the city.)
Area 2 - Skynet robot army base built on soil.
Area 3 - An extremely gigantic Skynet terminator train.
Area 4 - Canyon
Area 5 - Terminator alien experiment battle zone(This is the place where the terminators test the combat strength of the experiment aliens the terminators created by pitting those alien experiments against various opponents in lethal combat. This place also has a circular battle arena where the terminators pit the alien experiments against various opponents. This place is always transforming in a mechanical way including the circular battle arena. After John Rambo and John Matrix arrive in this area, the terminators will test the warrior strength of these two military commandos by pitting many of the alien experiments the terminators created against the two military commandos. Later, John Rambo and John Matrix will destroy this area.)
Area 6 - Ocean(John Rambo and John Matrix will each ride jet Skis to fight in this ocean.)
Area 7 - Skynet robot army base built on a large lake
Area 8 - A huge tower(John Rambo and John Matrix will mostly be using elevators to ascend this tower. In this tower, the elevators are the places where John Rambo and John Matrix will fight most of the time.)
Area 9 - Skynet Space Station(This is the location where John Rambo and John Matrix finally destroyed Skynet.)
Area 10 - Skynet Laboratory(This area is not on Earth but on the planet Hecate 335. As John Rambo and John Matrix fight their way through the laboratory, the aliens will be controlled by the remaining terminators but due to Skynet being destroyed, the remaining terminators lost their control over the aliens which resulted in the aliens escaping from the terminators, destroying many of the terminators, and infesting the whole laboratory in various ways such as transforming the laboratory from a laboratory to an alien hive. Because the terminators lost control over the aliens, various alien experiments created by the terminators will also break free from the terminators' control and begin to attack and fight John Rambo and John Matrix.)
Area 11 - Space Jockey Palace(This palace is not on Earth but on the planet Hecate 335. This palace was built by Space Jockeys and was used by Space Jockeys as a palace but has been infested by the aliens and turned by the aliens into an alien hive.)
Final Area(Area 12) - Cylindrical Alien Hive(This area is not on Earth but on the planet Hecate 335. This alien hive is shaped like a cylinder. This alien hive is entirely made by the aliens which means this alien hive is not a place built by humans that was infested by the aliens or a place built by terminators that was infested by the aliens.)

First, John Matrix and John Rambo fought and destroyed Skynet and all of its terminator robots.
Later, the aliens escaped from Skynet and the terminators and started violently spreading in many places of Hecate 335 in a wild way.
Later, John Matrix and John Rambo destroyed the aliens.
The final part of John Matrix and John Rambo's mission will be them raiding Area 12 which is the Cylindrical Alien Hive. Once they arrive there, they will fight and kill all of the aliens there. In Area 12, the two legendary commandos' final battle is them fighting and killing their final enemy which is an alien queen mother born out of a giant Space Jockey. The Space Jockey alien queen mother is the final boss.
After John Rambo and John Matrix killed the Space Jockey alien queen mother and all of the aliens in Area 12, the 2 legendary one man army commandos then rode a spaceship back to Earth.
A nuke was then used as an attack towards the parts of Hecate 335 that were infested by the aliens. This attack was executed by a member of a human resistance group.
The human resistance group was formed by human combatants who wanted to destroy Skynet and free humans from the terminators. The human resistance group's members and fighters are humans who are former military special forces soldiers. The human resistance group's mission is to destroy Skynet and free humanity from Skynet.
Later, the human resistance group wanted to thank John Rambo and John Matrix for heroically saving the human race from Skynet and the aliens but the human resistance group couldn't find John Rambo and John Matrix.
The two legendary one man army commandos disappeared without a trace.
The ending credits of the movie will be John Rambo and John Matrix each riding motorcycles on a highway built by humans while the viewers are viewing the side of John Rambo, John Matrix, and the highway from afar as the two military commandos are riding the motorcycles. This time, the two commandos are wearing military jackets while still wearing sweatbands.
