Great film. Imelda Staunton gives us probably one of the most annoying (but brilliant) villain in the Potter films as Professor Umbridge. She's so good in it but damn I want to just punch her in the face 

Ironic that Daniel Radcliffe is working on a new film shooting just a few streets from where I work here in Adelaide today!!!

Last Man Standing

Not bad.

I really like how most of that film feels quite gritty and realistic, and then you have those moments where someone gets shot and flies 20 feet through the air.

Sure did. One of my favorite Arnold movies.

It's not his best, but it's probably the last one he did that I really love.

Also it has the f*cking MP5-grenade launcher combo from Half Life in it, which had me nerding so hard the first time I saw it.

Why couldn't Marshall-Green have been more like Grey in Prometheus instead of the a very annoying Holloway.

Because Upgrade had a good script

Not helped by him playing a character who was written to be a lot older, something they changed without rewriting the character hardly at all.

Hah, I do the same thing about every three years when I rewatch AVP and AVPR, saying to myself- "They couldn't possibly be that bad?" Time for a new good Alien film, or 4Ks of the first three so I can stop that.

Polar with Mads Mikkelsen... not the film I was expecting from the trailers, its very Tarrantino in places.

The ending was a real let down; you can tell that the writers had him die at the end and the studio said "no, what if its a hit and we need a sequel." It made no sense for the girl NOT to shoot him, the twist that it was HIM all along was great and then let down by the failure to deliver.

But all that said, its still worth a watch for some really innovative (and over the top) action.
