Well, Will Smith knocked out ID4 alien with it's suit on with his fist. I don't think Predator would have had any problem.

My initial thought was the ID4-lien would be easy picking but then I remember the whole telepathic thing they had going on later.

Yeah but the physical contact  must have been made. I think pred would just shoot him from PC or  stab when coming in range.
