AVP Prey pretty much states that they have boobs. The question is that do they have a function, since Predators do not have lips? Also they are kind of lizard-y.

uhh, actually, it can be said predators do have lips.  Lips are simply fleshy openings on an orifice, and predators do have that- they just don't meet up, or not that we've seen in the movies.
