It's anti-freeze! Chet was one smart embryo. She ditched the acid blood for anti-freeze just in case she got her ass blown out of an air-lock! Which seems to happen a lot to aliens.

it could just be the artist's own character
but she reminds me of the woman in Aliens Berserker...I think her name is Lara (she, Ellis, and Jesse [Jessie?] appear in Booty, Berserker, and War)
