Hicks is an IT/technical support guy though so any problem that arises he has to deal with it on his own, which is not that great.

I get it. Can't stress yourself all day. The thing is I've been actively trying to be productive. Procrastination sucks, but I guess that's the downside of holidays.

It was more because I was actually quite lonely and sick to death of constantly dealing with everyone rather than sharing it out around the team. I'm actually only first line support/intranet so I do occasionally get issues arise in the manager's speciality (the company specific software that I don't pay as much attention to as I really ought to) or the senior systems admin's speciality (network related which I hate) where I do go "I don't have a f**king clue".
