Here are the ranks(From highest to lowest) and how many people allowed in one rank
General:1 person (me)
Colonel:2 people
Warrant Officer:5 people
Seargent:1 person
Corporal:Unlimited
Private:Unliimited

Requirments for entry:
Must be able to kill and alien 1v1 with a pistol
Must follow orders directly
Mature(Some Exceptions)

Sorry buddy, but I don't think anyone in a 'real' mind would volunteer to allow you to have authority over how they play, even if it is to become part of an 'elite squad', which let's be honest, is probably very appealing to a lot of people. This isn't the military though, it's a game, and people only give control of themselves away when others convince them it's for a real cause.

That being said, I hope you have fun if you are successful with this. :]

Things like these are funny. The roles some AVP fans want to be in..    This can't really work in AVP3 but for Avp2 it's great case you got Classes so they each would have a role.  How about an army of Smartgunners? derp...
