Is it a good idea to add more cosmic creatures that are separated from the xenomorph and the space jockeys within the universe

No. Space Jockeys can have endless variety as a race of biomechanoids without adding in unrelated species that would probably just end up as tentacle monsters or interdimensional Ferengi anyway.

Yep. That's one of the reasons why I have an easier time than most taking the Engineers (both Prometheus' and Covenant's differing renditions of them) and Alien's Space Jockey all in one lump sum together without harping on the (very significant) differences – they're an ancient cosmic race that is literally capable of creating life and steering evolution, and they use biotech to radically alter themselves physically.

How about space jockeys creations, they don't have to be other living things maybe like structures or accomplishments they made like making a color we were unable to see at first but The Space Jockeys Made it visible for us

imho yes. it doesn't have to be for others coz thats their opinion and i respect it. doesn't change the fact that the space jockey is a dead alien creature of non human origin that that died at the hands of an extremely dangerous lifeform which purpose it seems is solely to die breed die breed etc while wiping out all humanoid lifeforms in its path.

whether its a good idea thematically or story telling wise is up to other s. afaic its an idea worthy of exploration that people have wanted to see hence demand and supply.

you dont have to ask for permission to like an idea. you should just be able to eloborate on why it is so for you.
