Do predators talk?

I think that the Predators record stuff said, and then study what was said. Then they just try to say the words. That would explain why the Predator in the first movie was actually talking to Dutch. Just using phrases that he had heard, though.

preds can talk just in a different language.  They also use their mandables too.
