How much was it? I've been looking for an affordable shotgun mic that wasn't so "affordable" it makes one question the quality.

There's a few negative reviews that were throwing me off a bit, but to someone just kind of starting out the video reviews using the mic sounded pretty good for the price.

I don't have a very good camera at the moment (and the one I have doesn't even have an audio jack) so I'm likely going to be plugging it into this.
