Okay, that was pretty cool, even if I predicted elements of the ending before I got there. Vinnie Jones is used perfectly here. Makes me wonder why he never played a Terminator. Hard to believe this was from the same director as Godzilla: Final Wars.

A Chris Foss wet dream. No other film has done justice to his colorful scifi art as this one has.
Up there with the top 10 best action/adventure films ever as far as i'm concerned. The only Marvel film to merit "genre classic" status and one of the best of the year.

just wish the original score in this was better.

Pretty good movie, overall. It may not be particularly close to the comics, but it's fine as its own thing. I do wish they kept the trench coat/red tie look, though.

The Canyons with Lindsay Lohan and porn star James Deen.

It was a small little indie flick, I thought Lohan and Deen did really good jobs on the movie. Doing some research after, there's a really in depth article on the production and working with Lindsay Lohan.

It's not something that I'd watch over and over again, but this was a solid film (its had some knocks as both director and writer have illustrious CVs and this isn't up there with an "all time great").

Star Wars Ep 1 and 2 this morning. I decided I wanted to rewatch the series and forced the Mrs to watch too. Felt in the mood after watching some Rebels last night. I still like the prequels - I know they're not quite the same as the originals but I like the political intrigue, I like the Jedi fights.

Just finished watching episode 3. I stand by previous comments about the prequel trilogy. But Jesus, I hate Palpatine in this.
