Call of Cthulhu Dark Corners of the Earth
Though the gameplay is similar to Metal Gear 2, the story really does set it apart.
One of te best horror games I have ever played, shows just how effective a good story can be in an otherwise so-so play experience.
It is a pity there was never a sequel.
We could have had more interactions with the Yithians, gone to Dunwich and faced Wilbur's brother, and even battled Great Cthulhu, but alas, it was never to be.
But at least we had this cult classic. And it delivers.

Maybe the Yithians would provide some help like with the Polyps.
Plus sharp electrical shocks and torpedos seemed to work wonders on Dagon and Hydra.

I know what you mean. As a game it's terrible.. but the irresistable fun of wandering around as Jaws and taking people out in his most iconic ways is to die for!
