Aliens: Prometheus

Just thought of a cool idea for a Fan-Fic..

It would take place in the EU.

The basic synopsis:

Scientist, Dr.Preamos, long ago managed to perfect a genetic engineering cocktail that made him ageless , and even granted him the ability to regenerate, perfectly in less than a Day's time.

Now he becomes Prometheus with an unfortunate accident on a barren world, where he is left in the company of an Alien Queen, an Alien Queen that he was personally the host of.

He becomes the host for an entire hive. Birthing an Alien again, and again. Every day he is face-hugged, and becomes the host for another Alien, every day he heals.

Now the Question is: Should the story be written about how he ends up like this, OR his rescue?

So, is he stuck to a cocoon and he has to go through this for an eternity, because maybe you should write it in his point of view

As ShadowPred said, that concept would make for an interesting first-person narrative.

I was thinking you could add some third party's persepective.  Presumably, they are after him because they want to know how he can survive and use it for their own good.  The only problem is they have to go through a continually increasing population of Aliens to get there.

Sounds a tad too fantastical.

And a tad too much like Groundhog Day.
