Neither good nor bad. I just wasn't expecting it.

Ah. OK.

I feel like I've stuck my foot in my mouth.

Why?

Huggs

I guess I'm worried that my surprise at Waits feelings appears like a critique.

Wasn't my intention.

It's OK.

I do appreciate any constructive criticism, though.

Well, now that you mention it...

Spoiler
It doesn't have Wile E. Coyote.  ;)

Spoiler
There is a scene in chapter 4 where Waits is chasing down a toddler escaped from Sevastopol's daycare . . . so it's kinda like Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner.

I was outside enjoying the weather. It's about 75 here with a warm breeze. Not bad for 7pm in February.

Anyway, I rounded a corner and saw a stray cat that looked just like Nelson, sitting on Nelson's grave. For a few seconds I was like, "Nelson? Have you come from beyond the beyond?" I hope it's not a bad omen.

I think he's saying hello.

He wasn't very concerned about me when I approached him. He slowly walked away once I got close. He seems like a healthy cat. It'll take awhile, but I'll get him to trust me.
