I should probably write a scene where Drake walks up to Vasquez with mistletoe in his cap.

Would intense combat ensue?

More like intense cuddling.

Spoiler
They're not dainty like Wierzbowski and Eliza.

By intense cuddling, or daintiness?

Huggs

Intense daintiness, that leads to cuddling of an equal or greater intensity.

It's fairly intense in the books.

Spoiler

I'm looking forward to it. I just have to finish the last 2 or 3 chapters of The Grapes of Wrath tonight and then I can get started on the Rabbit Omnibus.
