How does it hold up against his other films?

Hard to say after only one viewing, but I'd put it right up there. Over Hateful, below Django and Basterds? Maybe? Hard to call.

Sounds good. Hateful was a bit of a letdown for me after Django. But it's hard to top Django though.

I like Hateful Eight a lot, it's just the third act that lets it down. And no one noticing the big and obvious trap door just because it's out of frame always annoys me heh.

In honor of Rutger Hauer's passing...

The Hitcher (1986)

I wonder is he human, or something else? So good. Rutger's best after Blade Runner.

R.I.P. Rutger Hauer

Scream 1-3
A great trilogy. The third one while not as good as the first two is underrated. Shame we never got Williamson's original version

The Blues Brothers (Theatrical Version)

Great movie. Even more compelling that it's true.

Warcraft - I enjoyed that film (not sure how authentic to the source material it is).

2010 - underrated as well. It's far more accessible than the first film (which was far more cerebral and slow burn). I think the cast put in excellent performances.

The Revenant

Finally got to see this film. WOW. Absolutely brutally beautiful.

Give Inarritu (the director) a shot at an Alien survival film please.

Dafuq? That's possibly my favourite film of the last decade.

You're really harsh on rating movies. Which might not be so bad if you actually offered some kind of elaboration on why you rate them so low, but all you give us is a score out of five lol.

Body Snatchers (1993)
A great version of the tale. Doesn't get as much love as it should

Yesterday
A fantastic film. Love how it works and the songs are still perfect

Cliffhanger
A fun Sly action film. and what a cast backing him.
