Well for the xbox360 its not a waste because its the second time it happened and all I have to do is send it in and I will get a refurbished for free. Somehow i'll pay for this computer when I get a job, because I feel pretty guilty.

Im not sure but when I boot normally it goes to the screen where the accounts are and says please wait but nothing happens, it doesnt load so I have to be in safe mode. Wouldnt formatting get rid of everything?
