Finished Old World Blues.

Definitely my favourite dlc so far, all of the brains were great, but Dr. Mobius was the best. He sounded exactly like Liquid from MGS, and every one of his lines was hammy as hell, the perfect combination.

All the appliances in the Sink were hilarious too, especially the toaster and Muggy.

Now finally onto Lonesome Road.

Battlefield 3

Been so long since I've played this. I know there was an armoured DLC of some sort but I never got around to it, might not now as that was a long while ago, I like being wise with my money as I'm not rich.

Anyway, this was lots of fun. I played as a rifleman and for the first time equipped my AUG A3 rifle, and I equipped the Rex revolver (saved my life quite a few times), the grenade launcher (assignment to unlock the SCAR/blowing away enemy cover and suppressing them is useful), and of course my handy reviving tool that makes me useful.

I had a miracle moment on Wake Island. I was going full speed for a checkpoint and an enemy chopper was after me. I decided to just take a shot in the dark to try and scare him off, I get some air off the bumpy ground, I fire.... and I nailed the bastard and watched that burning wreak fall out of the sky! I hope so much that my turret buddy saw that. 

Anyway, I've got a lawn to mow now.

When I first saw the game it was at a Toys R Us it was one of the 360 demos and that was the level that could be chosen. Needless to say the darker lighting and the more movie accurate creature design in the 360 version made that part a goddamn horror show.

Those roars and the image of that thing opening it's mouth to kill me stayed in my mind for a while.
