The bad part is that you feel like that you don't want to be a fan because how crazys act. It's amazing what taste of stuff that people have. TTGL can be fall into that section as well since they have a crazy fandom as well.

- Licensed (i.e. legal) fully automatic guns in the hands of civilians
- All the so called 'communist' regimes in the world. Greedy homicidal hypocrite jokers!
1) Why? Get rid of those, people will just kill with kitchen knives. Oh, now you hate kitchen knives in the hands of untrained chefs? Give 'em plastic knives!

2) Greedy and homicidal? Funny, many democracies are exactly like that as well, and yet are viewed as 'better' because they give citizens an illusion of greater choice.

Any political system is like that. It all boils down to the person in charge because he loves power. That's not really the system's fault.

Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Actually the system itself is fundementally flawed. Democracy as it is, relys on heavy amount of funding, which allows for more advertising and political bullshit to get your vote. That funding often comes from large corporations and wealthy individuals who have their own interests in mind, not yours. That funding buys them influence which can often lead to corruption. Without that funding, chances are that party/leader would never make power. This in itself is a system that is built around corruption. The individuals may have all the best intentions in the world but that doesn't matter. Which is why we often see politicians do complete backflips on all their promises.

Ok, here it goes...

- Raegan & Thatcher
- Michele Bachmann
- Tea Baggers
- Repu(lsive)blicans
- Weak-ass populist Democrats w/out balls
- Licensed (i.e. legal) fully automatic guns in the hands of civilians
- Religious conservatives and fundamentalists - Muslim, Jewish and Christian - same sheet different name!
- Homosapien Parasiticus Vulgaris: Hiltons, Bush, Trumps, Waltons, Kamprad...
- All the so called 'communist' regimes in the world. Greedy homicidal hypocrite jokers!
- Pabst

...And the list goes on...

Damn, I could put this same list under "things I love" :D  But I bet I could do it without being insulting... why do all Democrats seem to think that anyone who disagrees with them is an idiot or a fascist?  Must be part of their youthful charm, not to mention the reason why the entire party switched from "sticking up for the little guy" to "let's destroy the world by reinstating our belief that socialism is a great economic system"...

And Pabst Blue Ribbon is one of the finest drinks on Earth.

They don't; just the ones who are idiots and fascists.

They're still for the little guy.

Not really, considering that some of the little guys are farmers who get subsidized by the government and said farmers own firearms.

The PredBen

While I don't hate it, I'm highly critical of democracy, at least in some forms.

chupacabras acheronsis

true democracy is perfect, but impossible.

The PredBen

Define "true democracy" for me. I don't really know what you mean. You mean 'pure' democracy?

chupacabras acheronsis

"Democracy is a form of government in which all eligible people have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives"

doesn't get much more ideal than that.

The people vote on everything the government decides on; literally.

The PredBen

So basically, lets say the government of a country of 50 million people brings up a law banning horses (I know stupid), the entire 50 million population gets a vote on it?

Far as I know, yeah. They have that option. I think that's how it works in India.
