18.  Is it Dreamcatcher?   Still no idea on the others. 

15. still makes me think of something, I just can't put my finger on it.  Is the image from a moment when they are being burned away by an explosion?

Edit:  Also, did some searching and 2. is from Signs.  Did my "maybe" disqualify the answer?
