Last post by Prez - Today at 12:37:57 PMI'm already 22 hours into #AlienDay here in Oz. Started last night with a 4K Alien in IMAX viewing to a packed house. Was bloody brilliant. Today been reading a bit of Alien material and now will probably finish off the day with finishing off with a bit more reading of Alien Inferno's Fall.

I'd prefer the Aliens to be like bees who are creatures focused on what they do, which is serve their Queen and simply do what they do to multiply their species. They're smart but instinctual, not going into the territory of human-like structures or wanting any form of comfort for leisure.

Personally I've always pronounced it "yowt-juh" (which is how it sounds in that scene too). I know Steve Perry came up with the name, but this feels like a bit of a "gif is supposed to be pronounced jiff" situation. There's a bit too much emphasis on "OOOOOT!" there for me.
