Well, I always put 3 of my C4 on perpendicular walls, one under any stair case, and one at the base. You've gotta spread them out though, and it's always good to get to certain buildings that people will rush, before anybody else.

Well, it may piss my team off, but next time I'm defending the M-Com station I'm just gonna rig the house up and wait for the other team to set the charge. Than BAM! Should rack up at least a couple of kills a round?

Oh, most definately! I got 4 (or more) demolition kills in that building with a single collapse. I just rushed there and planted my explosives at the very start.
