You know, after the first two shots the man was incapacitated and the police had overwhelming force; what's the point of expecting a man that was just shot twice of being able to comply with orders. When the guy was on his back; get in there and arrest the man. Were they afraid he was a suicide bomber? This shit is getting ridiculous. I'm trying to understand the cops situation but it appears to just be a man who was not in the right mind at the worst possible time. The police seriously need to get non-lethal weapons to go along with their guns. Lots of people have mental issues and this seems to be nothing more than just bad chance.
