http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/27/us/south-carolina-school-arrest-video/index.html

Meh, didn't look that bad to me. Kid acting up, cop didn't know his own strength, job got done.

Some have defended Fields, many pointing out that the videos aren't complete. They don't show what happened before, including what the student did and how many times authorities -- a teacher, a school administrator and finally the officer -- had asked her to get up.

Yet another person getting setup by the PC race card bandwagon. That statement says it all, a teacher, school admin and the cop all tried to get her out nicely but she refused. She got what she deserved.

I understand your point there. It could very well be that. But by only seeing the video segments you can understand why people are so up in arms about it. I was shocked by the force and the fact he forced her and the desk hard to the ground. If there is way more to it I would like to see it to get a full picture. But what if she had been injured when she went down, he wouldn't have a leg to stand on

Yeah I agree, but this is the problem these days, everyone acts on nothing, the clip only shows a few seconds of an incident that is obviously much longer. I've already seen people calling for his job and posting emails of various people involved everywhere, its unreal!

Ask yourself one thing, why would the teacher and admin call for the police? The student clearly did something bad enough to warrant the police being called.

There is a guy called Shaun King on Facebook (a so called journalist) who has written the most unbelievable piece of racist propaganda I've ever seen, painting the girl out to be some kind of angel, and the cop to basically be an incarnation of the devil. This guy writes for the NY Daily News!! (although I'm guessing its a rag).

Its exactly the same as that swimming pool incident in Texas, the cop got setup over footage that didn't tell the whole story. He lost his job purely down to pressure from the usual groups, its a very sad scenario now. Everyone knows if the PC mob doesn't get their way, there will be trouble, so they just fire the bloke and get it over with.

QuoteLarge land animals such as elephants, wildebeest and other big plant-eaters are worth preserving in part because their disappearance could have permanent effects on the plants and animals they coexist with, according to an analysis of past large-mammal extinctions in North and South America.

Here's a bit of news that really matters.

High school principle slammed to the floor during fight, where's the outrage America? Why is the outrage always a one way street?

It just shows how biased America really is. People think its all one way, but it clearly isn't. A white cop gets rough with a black student (after being brought in by the teacher, school admin and principle), and its viral, condemning the cop completely, he loses his job, life destroyed.

Virtually the same day (or reported the same day), a black student body slams his principle to the floor during a fight, but there is nothing, no outrage, nothing.

How can no one see the one way street that has been created here, its literately so obvious I can see it all the way from the UK. Its a liberal tantrum bandwagon that only sees what it wants, completely selective with its outrage.

Because it doesn't fit the victim narrative. You and I both know progressiveness is the soup de jour, sour as it tastes.

Two different sides of the Police coin in the news:

1, A Honolulu Cop is being sued and Charged by a lesbian couple after he punches one in the face and gets shopkeepers to look them in a cellar till he can get them back to the station because.....they kissed and hugged in public.

2. A cop challenges a girl to a dance off to get her and her friends to disperse and she wins. Obama and the girl praise her

Sooo...did the girl and her friends not have to disperse then? lol! I applaud the approach but sometimes that just isn't possible, we're living in an age right now where bad behaviour seems to be overlooked, played down and rewarded!

Interesting read.

They did disperse in the end. Those were the rules of the dance off that if the cop won, the group had to disperse
